I recently discovered Gary Girouard’s The Naked Piano albums and have gained a new favorite composer/pianist. As in all of Gary’s albums, ‘Transitions’ speaks to the heart and touches the soul. He expresses life through his music and takes you along on his journey. His compositions and his playing invoke a lightness and sensitivity that only an elite group of pianists seem to possess. This album is the perfect music to relax and chill-out to and a CD that I highly recommend.
